Everything a support team needs.
Nothing they don't.

Built from the ground up for enterprise IT teams, MSPs, and developers who refuse to compromise on security.

Zero-Trust E2EE

Every session uses ECDH-P256 key exchange + AES-256-GCM encryption. The signaling server relays only ciphertext — it never sees your SDP, ICE candidates, or screen content.

Shadow Diagnostics

The moment a session connects, a live HUD populates with CPU usage, top processes, disk health, temperatures, and memory — silently, with zero visible windows on the host.

Privacy Masking

Draw redaction zones over sensitive areas — patient records, banking windows, private chats. The viewer sees a blurred or black box. Masking happens before encoding.

Clientless Browser Host

Guests share their screen from any browser — no download, no install. Full E2EE maintained using Web Crypto API. The technician connects from the desktop app.

Unattended Access

Keep machines accessible 24/7 without anyone at the keyboard. Auto-reconnects on network drops. Accept or reject incoming connections with a 30-second timeout.

Forensic Audit Trail

Every mouse click, keystroke, file transfer, and clipboard action is logged with millisecond timestamps and HMAC-SHA256 signatures. Export as signed HTML or JSON.

Adaptive Bitrate

Monitors packet loss and RTT every 2 seconds. Automatically scales from 200 Kbps to 8 Mbps and adjusts resolution — smooth on 4G, crisp on fibre.

Multi-Monitor Switching

Switch between monitors mid-session without disconnecting. The viewer can request a monitor switch; the host gets a screen picker instantly.

The signaling server
is blind by design.

Most remote desktop tools encrypt the transport layer. We encrypt the content before it ever touches our servers. Your SDP offers, ICE candidates, and screen data are all AES-256-GCM encrypted with a key only you and your peer hold.

  • ECDH ephemeral keypairs — new key every session
  • HMAC-signed public keys prevent MITM substitution
  • 6-word safety number for out-of-band verification
  • Argon2id password hashing on all accounts
  • WebRTC DTLS-SRTP for all media streams

01

Generate a session

The host clicks "Share My Screen" and gets a 9-digit session ID and a one-time password. No account needed for the guest.

02

E2EE handshake

Both sides exchange ECDH public keys signed with the session password. A shared AES-256 key is derived — the server never sees it.

03

Pick your screen

The host selects which monitor or window to share. Privacy masks can be drawn before streaming starts.

04

Live session

WebRTC P2P stream with adaptive bitrate. Shadow diagnostics populate instantly. Full mouse, keyboard, clipboard, and file transfer.

What IT teams are saying

"The shadow diagnostics alone save our team 5 minutes per support call. We can see the problem before the user finishes explaining it."

RK
Rahul Kumar IT Manager, Bengaluru

"Finally a remote tool that takes HIPAA seriously. The privacy masking feature means our doctors can get support without exposing patient data."

PS
Priya Sharma CTO, HealthTech Startup, Mumbai

"The browser-based host is a game changer. Our non-technical clients don't have to install anything. Just open a link and we're in."

Arjun Verma Founder, MSP, Hyderabad

Common questions, direct answers.

Everything you need to know before you start.

Is RemoteDesk truly end-to-end encrypted?

Yes. Every session uses ECDH-P256 key exchange and AES-256-GCM encryption. The signaling server only relays ciphertext and never sees your screen, SDP offers, or ICE candidates. A new ephemeral key is generated for every session.

Does the guest need to install anything?

No. RemoteDesk includes a clientless browser-based host. Guests share their screen from any modern browser — Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari — with no download required. Full E2EE is maintained via the Web Crypto API.

What operating systems are supported?

RemoteDesk supports Windows, macOS, and Linux for the desktop app. The browser-based host works on any device with a modern browser, including mobile.

Is RemoteDesk HIPAA and GDPR compliant?

The Enterprise plan includes a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA) for HIPAA and a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) for GDPR. Privacy masking and forensic audit trails are included to meet healthcare and financial compliance requirements.

How is RemoteDesk different from TeamViewer or AnyDesk?

Unlike many traditional remote support tools, RemoteDesk encrypts session content before it reaches the server, so the signaling layer remains blind to your screen content. We also include privacy masking, forensic audit trails with HMAC signatures, and diagnostics-first workflows built for modern IT teams.
